Passion is a great unknown quanitity in sales and can often overcome a customer's concerns. "Be passionate about the product" we are told but nobody REALLY tells you how to be passionate about what you do.

Can passion be taught? Is passion infectious? I strongly believe so and sits in perfectly with the idea of Pinko marketing. It has no rules and centres around passionate conversations.

The customer is talking to us because they want to buy the product we sell (although not yet from us), so show an appropriate level passionate interest in them, the woman/wife/mother/cleaner etc.

This passionate interest engages the customer on a level that ensures trust which is halfway to the sale!
